On the morning of October 23, Vice President Chen Runyun held talks with Mr. Carlos Romero, President of ABC AIBO（Asociación de Becarios para la Cooperación AIBO）and his delegation, relevant staff attended the meeting.
Mr. Carlos Romero briefed the attendees on the progress of this year and the future work plan of ABC AIBO. Vice President Chen Runyun fully recognized the association’s achievements this year and expressed the hope that it would continue to serve as a bond for China-Argentina exchanges.
