On October 30, 2025, the closing ceremony of the Seminar under the Framework of Technical Vocational Cooperation Program between TVTC of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Commerce of China., which is sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce and organized by its Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) has been successfully held. Vice president Chen Runyun attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.
