On November 11th, Vice President Chen Runyun held talks with H.E. Ms.Sengdeun SAYASONE, Executive Vice Chairman of China-Laos Cooperation Committee (vice-ministerial level). The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation in the development of human resources between China and Laos as well as other related matters.
