Welcome to Beijing!

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay, please review the following guidelines regarding the seminar schedule, conduct, and daily arrangements.


1. Main Events & Itinerary

The seminar program is designed to foster exchange and mutual

understanding. We highly encourage your active participation in the following activities:

● Ceremonies: Opening and Closing sessions.

Knowledge Sharing: Thematic presentations and expert lectures.

Field Visits: Visits to local enterprises and cultural excursions in Beijing.

Cross-city Study Tour: Visits to other cities to observe best practices firsthand.


2. Roles & Responsibilities

To facilitate the smooth running of the seminar, we have the following arrangements:

Country Representatives (Chairpersons):

One representative from each country will be selected as the Chairperson.

     Duties: Deliver closing remarks at the end of formal events; assist the organizing team with interactive sessions; and host specific activities.

Participant Code of Conduct:

(1) Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated venue 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure or start time.

(2) Absence Notification: If you are unable to attend a session, please inform the Chairperson or the working team in advance.

(3) Meeting Etiquette: Kindly switch your mobile phones to "Silent" mode during presentations and indoor meetings.


3. Daily Life at AIBO (Accommodation)

Dining Schedule

Please note that meal times are subject to change; you will be notified of any adjustments.

Breakfast: 07:30 — 08:30

Lunch: 12:00 — 13:00

Dinner: 17:30 — 19:00

l Internet & Connectivity

(1) WiFi Access: Search for available networks (e.g., AIBO) and use the provided credentials to connect.

(2) Internet Note: Please be aware that some international websites and apps may be inaccessible due to China’s internet regulations.

(3) Local Apps: We highly recommend downloading and registering WeChat (for messaging/payment) and Alipay (for payment) to facilitate your daily life in China.

Cash Withdrawal

Cash withdrawal services via ATM are available in the lobby of the seminar building.


4. Important Reminders

Dress Code: Please dress formally or wear your National Costume on important occasions.

Personal Safety: Be cautious of your safety and personal belongings when sightseeing or shopping.

Shopping Tips: For expensive purchases, always ask for a receipt in case of returns or exchanges.


5. Expense Coverage

Please note the following costs are not covered by the organizer and must be borne by the participants:

Personal entertainment (excluding organizer-arranged events).

Transportation costs for personal errands.

Personal expenses (phone calls, hotel minibar, etc.).

Luggage overweight charges (domestic or international flights).

Medical expenses for chronic diseases, dental care, or beauty treatments.

Any other costs related to personal affairs.
